Do I need to register for an account to purchase from your online store?

Yes, you need to create an account to be able to purchase from the website.

 

Do I have to renew my membership?

Blinks offers a free lifetime membership.

 

How do I update my membership?

To update, go to:

My Account >> My Profile

 

How to order?

  1. Login to your membership account.
  2. Use the search bar to look for the products you want to buy or browse freely from the categories and add your preferred items to cart (for books: you can search using the ISBN or the book title).
  3. Review the items from your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.
  4. Select the delivery options >> Self pick-up or Delivery services.
  5. Key in your complete Singapore delivery address.
  6. Select your payment method and click Place order. 

For card payments, you will be redirected to the payment gateway page.

For payments via PayNow/ Paylah, you can scan the QR code provided.

  1. Once payment is successful, you will be redirected to the Thank you page.
  2. An order confirmation email will be sent to you to notify you of the status of your order.

 

What are the payment methods?

  • Credit / Debit Card

We accept VISA and Mastercard Credit and Debit cards. 

 

When will I receive my order?

For physical book purchase, items are subject to availability. Most of the products will be processed and delivered within 5-7 working days (excluding weekend and public holidays). 

Delivery of the pre-ordered items will depend on the arrival schedule from our supplier.

You will receive a delivery notification email when your order is ready for delivery or when it is ready for pick-up.

For e-book purchase, e-book code will be sent via email within 3-5 working days once payment has been received.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

Shipping fees are based on the delivery location and the total weight of the items ordered.

 

How do I return an item?

We ensure that the items you ordered have undergone quality check before shipping. How can I cancel my order? Can I exchange or get a refund for my order if I change my mind or buy the wrong title?

We do not accept exchange or refund request upon successful payment of your order for all products including e-books. Please review your order carefully before making payment.
