Hong Weixi is the author of both the Chinese and English
editions of "Plantation to Parliament". She is an experienced
writer and translator who holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in
English Language and Chinese Language from National
University of Singapore.
An avid backpacker who quitted her job at the newsroom to
journey around the world, she has since written two travelogues
- Seeing the world in 500 days and Seeing the world in 500 days
